FAQ
What versions are the Yu-Gi-Oh cards? Unless otherwise noted, the Yu-Gi-Oh cards are unlimited editions.
Do you ship internationally? Yes we do.
What is the shipping rate? We charge a flat rate and ship through USPS(United States Postal Service) or UPS; if requested, we can ship via other carriers. Click here to find the table for shipping within the Continental United States:
Please add $5 shipping to all international orders.

Do you accept Personal Check/Money Order? We only accept Money Order, and not Personal Checks. If you are purchasing the merchandise via Money Order, then please make payment along with the following form: Money Order Form. We would only process your order after the receipt of your Money Order.
Do you accept PayPal? Yes we do.

Policies
Refund and Return: We accept returns only under one of the following 2 conditions:
1) Only if the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise) OR 2) The merchandises were damaged upon receipt
Please do the following in order to expedite the refund and return process:
1) We need to be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product via email at return@bgtoys.com.
2) The product must still be in MINT CONDITION. If your child opens a toy, plays with it and breaks it, we will not accept it back. If open and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 80% from your refund. Please pack your returns carefully. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued.
3) We will accept responsibility for all shipping costs. Please contact us if this is the matter. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping or store credit can be issued to you.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed - usually the next business day. Please contact cancel@bgtoys.com to see if your order has not yet been processed and can still be cancelled. Preorders or backorders can be cancelled anytime up until the item is in stock and your order has been processed.
